PROMO Hotline Service

PROMO's Hotline Service is based on the concept of “Hotline Points". Each support call costs one Hotline Point, no matter how simple or complicated the question - and the answer - is! Each support call is limited to a single issue. Additional questions not directly linked to the original topic coming up during the lifetime of a support call are handled separately as new calls. If a support call raises a problem which is obviously based on a product defect, no Hotline Point will be consumed.

PROMO's Hotline Points are valid for 12 months, cost 50,00 Euro each and are sold with a minimum quantity of three.

PROMO accept calls concerning all products we are distributing. Installation and configuration of the software are main areas, but we try hard to solve circumstancial problems, too.

A call can be closed in different ways, here are some of the most common ones:

  • We may deliver a solution
  • We may give directions to manuals or other sources
  • We may simply say "Yes" or "No"
  • We may tell you that your goal is impossible to reach
  • We may deny responsibility and the ability to comment

The closing of a support call is documented by an email which states this fact and shows your current Hotline Points Account.

PROMO's Hotline Service may be addressed by email, phone, fax oder mail. Our support people can be reached by phone workdays 9.30 to 11.30 and 14.30 to 16.30 our local time. We speak German and English.
