Terms of Order and Delivery

If we don't have the requested products in stock, you will receive an order confirmation with the estimated shipping date.

Transport

All deliveries are carried out by UPS. Shipment normally takes one or two working days. Express deliveries can be carried out at an extra charge.

Shipping and handling charges

Flat charges depending on the destination:

• Benelux, Denmark: 20,00 Euro + VAT
• Austria, France, UK: 30,00 Euro + VAT
• Italy, Spain, Portugal: 40,00 Euro + VAT
• Switzerland: 45,00 Euro
• Other countries: please ask.

EU customers providing us with their Tax ID Number are charged without Value Added Tax.

Inspection upon receipt of goods

Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. Your signature on the waybill or on the UPS terminal confirms the reception of goods according to the delivery note, not only the number of the packages. Differences of actual delivery from the delivery note must be communicated at the day of reception. Later complaints would not be accepted.

Terms of payment

• Credit Card (Master/Eurocard and VISA).
• Prepaid by wire transfer.
  If you fax us a copy of the transfer order confirmed by your bank, products would be shipped immediately.

Return of merchandise

Taking back of delivered goods is only possible for unused products within 10 days after the date of delivery. That means the software must not be registered or licensed, and all seals have to be intact.
